We are delighted to announce the results of our first client survey, and share a summary of our 2019 activity and impact in our 2019 Impact Report!

At the end of last year, LILS carried out a survey to ask clients what they thought about our services, and understand whether we are creating positive impact on peoples’ lives.

We were absolutely delighted to receive some incredible feedback – especially about our customer service, and the impact of our services on our clients’ wellbeing. In fact, as a result of LILS’ services, 96% said they felt happier, and 100% of clients said they felt less lonely. This is certainly a testament to our friendly and caring community team who visit our clients at home every day. You can read the full results of our client survey here.

We also collect information on the reach of our services, and we’re proud to say that in 2019, LILS delivered over 27,500 meals to older and vulnerable people in Camden and Haringey. We heard from a client, Hazel, who told us about how the service has not only provided her with a daily hot meal, but she has also found friendship and peace of mind with the LILS team.
