Client Survey

This year we asked our clients what they think of our services by sending out a short survey. Of the surveys we delivered to clients, we received a 36% response rate.

As a result of LILS’ services:

  • 78% said they visit their GP less.
  • 88% said they were able to recover from a period of ill health more quickly.
  • 93% said it has helped them stay living at home.
  • 96% said they are better nourished.
  • 96% said they feel happier.
  • 96% said they feel healthier.
  • 96% said they feel more independent.
  • 96% said their life is easier.
  • 100% said they feel less lonely.
  • 100% said they feel more secure.

Our clients also told us:

  • 90% thought the quality of the lunch main meal was excellent or good.
  • 100% thought the service from our Community Team was excellent or good.
  • 100% thought the service from our Support Team was excellent or good.
